To say Beyonce is back would be an understatement. The new mother showed up looking stunning at the 40/40 club last night to support husband Jay-Z's after party for his Carnegie Hall concert. She sported a Alice Temperly dress with Louboutin shoes, an Alexander McQueen clutch, and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.
Bey definitely stole the night with her new look. This was the first real public appearance Jay's wife made since giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy Carter, and it certainly was a grand one to say the least
Beyonce also sported Blue nail polish and a sparkling Blue ring!
