Juvenile Wants A Paternity Test for His 13 Year Old Son

Former Cash Money Records Artist Juvenile is embroiled in a paternity suit for his 13 year old son.  Back in February an arrest warrant was issued for Juve stating he fell behind on child support payments  owes approximately $160,000 in back child support for his 13 year old. The New Orleans native stated that the child was in his care for a good amount of the time and he was a good father.

Now, he is singing another tune.  Juvenile is requesting a paternity test for the child, stating that he has recently been made aware that the child mother was sleeping with at least one other man at the same time the child was conceived.  Juvenile also states that he never established paternity nor did he sign the 13 year old child's birth certificate. The rapper claims that he was also fraudulently induced into several child support payment arrangement.

Juvenile said if the paternity test comes back negative, and he is not the father, he wants to be reimbursed for every penny that he paid in child support thus far, as well as all previous court rulings against him dismissed.

I don't understand why he didn't establish paternity before he established a relationship with child.  The teenager has been thinking all along that Juvenile is his dad.  I do understand why Juvenile would want to get to the bottom of it, but he should've handled that when the boy was born.

For everyone's sake, I hope the boy his his son. Otherwise, I think the 13 year old would be the one who is ultimately affected by all of this.
