Raffles Van Exel Exposed - Whitney's Drug Pusher Who Admitted He "Cleaned the Scene" the Day She Died!

Who is Raffles Van Exel and Why do the Beverly Hills P.D. want to question him regarding Whitney's Death?

Raffles was known as a member of Whitney's entoruage, however, there are reports that he is more accurately a drug pusher to the stars.  When the toxicology reports from Houston's autopsy revleaed that the singer used cocaine immediately prior to her death, police began to wonder why no traces of cocaine had been found in the singer's room?

Now, Raffles Van Exel has admitted to being the person that "cleaned the scene" in the hotel room prior to EMT and Police arrived at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. In addition to removing any traces of coke, Van Exel also removed some of Houston's clothing. Days after Houston's death, Van Exel, revealed to Dutch magazine De Telegraaph, that he swept the hotel room clean, going on to say:

“Someone had to do it,” he told the paper, according to a translation. “The room was empty.”
While the death of Whitney Houston has been ruled accidental, police would like to talk to Van Exel regarding the tampering of evidence which is a prosecutable offense in L.A. The L.A.P.D have made several attempts to get in touch with Van Exel for questioning, however, those attempts have been unsuccessful.

So, who exactly is Raffles Van Exel? Van Exel refers to himself as an Entertainment Consultant, and has had ties to Micheal Jackson and most recently has been photgraphed with Rihanna. In actuality, Raffles is no more than a Dutch drug pusher to the Hollywood Elite who has an extensive interntational drug trafficking business!!

HSK Exclusive - Well known Beverly Hills attorney, Ronald Richards has received a sworn statement from a Hollywood Street King (HSK) witnesses, who is a Dutch national and has an extensive history with the man known as Raffles van Exel. The affidavit alleges knowledge of Raffles engaging in cocaine distribution and numerous narcotics related conduct consistent with large scale narcotics trafficking. The witness also has information of Raffles shipping Federal express packages between Amsterdam, Los Angeles and Chicago, which are well documented narcotics routes, for source countries. The affidavit will be turned over to this morning to the Beverly Hills Police Department’s Homicide section by Ronald Richards for their use into the investigation surrounding the death of Whitney Houston on February 11, 2012 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

Due to the serious nature of the averments in the affidavits and the desire to protect the confidentiality of the witness, HSK believes that using as a liaison a reputable attorney assures the safety of the source and the ability to get the affidavit to the proper personnel.

Richards previously represented Shaha Adnam, a daughter of a wealthy and respected Saudi national, and cleared her of murder charges investigated by BHPD, in connection with the death of Mark Ruffalo’s brother Scott Ruffalo.
