Transformer's Director Micheal Bay Slaps Tyrese With Cease and Desist Order

Actor/Singer Tyrese Gibson has been hit with a cease and desist order from Transformer's Director Micheal Bay, after Tyrese has been going on interviews claiming that he and Micheal Bay are tight.  Apparantly Bay doesn't want to be associated with Tyrese in any way, and also hit him with an "order to refrain".

There has been some buzz about Bay having issue with Tyrese while filming Transformers: Dark of the Moon.  Supposedly Tyrese had been on set acting arrogant, cocky, and downright disrespectful to Micheal Bay.  Bay, then had the script revised to where Tyrese was supposed to be killed in the first few pages.  Once Tyrese read the revised script, he reached out to Will Smith for help.  Will, upon hearing how Tyrese was acting, then reprimanded Tyrese and had him follow him around on set as a humbling experience.  It appears that Will was able to coerce Bay into keeping Tyrese alive in the movie, but other than that, Bay wants nothing to do with Tyrese.

Michael Bay’s cousin Susan commented on the matter, stating,

“Michael Bay has a cease and desist on Tyrese, and a restraining order on Tyrese. Michael didn’t like when Tyrese was calling out his name on television, like they were boys. Everywhere Tyrese went, he was calling out Michael’s name. Mike didn’t like that sh*t.”

Do you think that there is more to the story here?  Or do you think Micheal Bay is going over-reacting?

UPDATE:  Since this story has been picked up by several media and entertainment outlets, Tyrese has retaliated and there has been a statement issued on Michealbay.com insisting that there are no issues between Bay and Tyrese and there certainly is no ceast and desist order in place.  Tyrese attacked Jacky Jasper aka Hollywood Street King saying that he totally made up the story.  Jacky then went in on Tyrese on twitter!

This after HSK first told you about the cease and desist (mistakenly published originally as a TRO) Micheal Bay recently slapped on Tyrese. Now, the “Baby Boy” is calling me a liar!

Here’s what Tyrese asked the folks over at Michael Bay’s site to post:

“Tyrese is a great friend to Michael Bay, and to this web site. Tyrese is one of Michael’s best friends. They’ve gone to Floyd Mayweather fights and last Christmas Tyrese spent Christmas with Bay as a true friend. So it’s ridiculous when stories like these posted on Jacky Jasper’s web site start making the rounds, and get picked up by entertainment news outlets as legitimate stories.”

Michael Bay’s Hollywood blockbusters land the director budgets up to $200M, yet Bay’s website appears to have been designed as a student project.

Back to the Tyrese – “Charcoal Uncle Tom” Gibson, he is living proof that money isn’t everything. Know why?
