Congratulations to Viola Davis and Octavia Spencer for their Oscar Noms!

It's Official!  Viola Davis is nominated for Best Actress and Octavia Spencer is up for Best Supporting Actress for their roles in The Help.


The nominations were announced this morning and both actresses are thrilled.  Octavia Spencer, who called in to Good Morning America after the announcement: "I am so over the moon, once we're done with all of this I'm going to do a drive by...".

The Help is also nominated for Best Picture along with these other films:  War Horse, The Artist, Money Ball, The Descendants, The Tree of Life, Midnight In Paris, The Help, Hugo, and Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close.
