Per The Smoking Gun:

According to her complaint, Davis “advised certain co-workers that she would be wearing the prosthetic device, and this information was reported to management.” After learning that Davis was packing a fake penis, J&J “retaliated against her and discriminated against her in that she was illegally terminated,” the lawsuit notes.
The prosthetic device, Davis reported, “was concealed and in no way interfered with the ability of Plaintiff to do her job.”
Supporting her discrimination claim, Davis contended that a male coworker who had “taken hormone treatments and wore female prosthetic devices and dressed in female clothing” was treated “more favorably” and not disciplined for “wearing a female prosthetic or female clothin
This story raises quite a few questions:
#1 - Why did she have to "advise certain co-workers" that she would be wearing the fake penis? I mean what did she say....Hey, just so you know, I'mma be rocking out with my c*ck out tomorrow...ok?
#2- Does anyone else think its ironic that her job was a "packer"?
#3- I'm guess the company didn't fire the male co-worker b/c he didn't go around announcing to the world that he was "changing"...but it begs the question..exactly how many transgender folks work at J&J Snack Foods?
