Florida man is killed in car crash after driving while mixing meth in glass bottle...what some call "shake and bake" or "one pot".  According to the Orlando Sentinel, 36 year old Clifford Ellison died while making a methamphetamine cocktail with surviving passenger Jerek Evans, 26 before the bottle exploded and forced the man to crash.
