A Very Preggo Beyonce appeared for the first time since the rumors took over the internet last month stating that she gave birth to baby girl Tiana May Carter.
Beyonce caught coming out of a NY office building accompanied by bodyguards even rubbed her belly while being escorted by bodyguards.
