Tameka and Usher Remain Bedside with 11 Year Old Kile Glover; Family Friend is Under Investigation

Tragedy struck last weekend when 11-year-old Kile Glover, son of Tameka Raymond and Ryan Glover, and stepson to Usher Raymond, was struck by a jet ski while tubing in Atlanta, GA.

As Kile was left brain dead from the incident, a source close to the family says Usher is "torn up."

Tameka Foster's family friend Jeffrey Hubbard is being investigated in the jet ski accident that left Tameka's 11-year-old Kile Glover brain dead at Lake Lanier in Georgia this past weekend.

Tameka Foster and Usher Raymond are by Kile’s bedside today as he remains in critical condition. The two have been going through a custody battle for Usher's two youngest son's, but they have put all issues aside due to these devastating events. 

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Sgt. Mike Burgamy with the Georgia Department of Resources said:

"Basically, a pontoon was pulling two juveniles on an inner tube, and the watercraft ran over the top of them." 

He said two of his rangers witnessed the situation, in which an unidentified 15-year-old girl was also injured, referring to it as a tragic accident.

Alcohol was not a factor in the jet ski accident and investigators do not believe it was a mechanical malfunction.

Sgt. Burgamy continued, saying: 

"One minute the Jet Ski was running around, the next he ran over the top of them. It happened that quickly…It appears the watercraft did strike both juveniles, with the male taking the brunt of the force."

Kile was wearing a life jacket at the time of the incident. Tamika Foster and Usher have received overwhelming support from their celebrity peers.

As the investigation is ongoing and many factors are still to be determined, Burgamy stated: 

"It depends on the male’s condition. With certain things we have to wait and see…Once we gather all our info, we’ll talk to the District Attorney and discuss it with them to decide what action to take."

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Kile's family and friends.  So sad.

Beyonce & Jay Z Have Blow Out Over Kim Kardashian??

Is Kanye and Kim's relationship causing a riff between Bey & Jay?

Jay Z hosted a 40th Birthday Bash in London for his best friend and manager Ty Ty after he and Kanye performed at the O2 Arena in the U.K. over the weekend. The birthday bash had been planned for months, and in attendance were Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Rita Ora and her rumored beau Rob Kardashian. Noticeably absent, was Mrs. Carter herself, Beyonce.

Sources say that Beyonce stayed in The States to prepare for her upcoming Memorial Day performance at Revel Resorts.  Media Takeout.com however, is claiming that the real reason for Beyonce's absence is that she didn't like the idea of Kim Kardashian being at the party and refused to go.

Supposedly, Kim asked Kanye to bring her along to the party, and once Beyonce heard she would be in attendance, she asked Jay to un-invite her.  Jay Z felt he couldn't un-invite her as she was Kanye's guest. As a result, the two got into a bit of a debate and Beyonce didn't attend.

From the very start of the "Kim-Ye" union, there has been rumblings that Beyonce was not at all interested in hanging out with Kim or doing any double dating with the couple. Beyonce is a very private person, and feels that Kim is just the opposite, and she has no interest in getting chummy chummy with the reality star.






Those close to Jay Z says he was upset with Beyonce for not attending Tyran Ty Ty Smith's 40th Birthday Bash as he is not only Jayz long time best friend and manager, but he is also the godfather of Blue Ivy.  he felt that Beyonce should've attended for Ty and not worried about Kim.

I think Jay has a point on this one....Beyonce could've avoided Kim and Kanye the whole night.

Basketball Wives Reunion Pics & Shaunie's Pledge to Bring More Positive Balance to the Show

This season of Basketball Wives has been highly criticized for the amount of violence and negativity displayed by the cast.  Most notably, there is a petition against Evelyn Lozada for bullying castmates.  There was so much drama and violence this season that many questioned if there would even be a reunion show.

Well, the reunion show is on!  In attendance for the reunion was Shaunie, Evelyn, Royce, Jen, Kenya, Kesha, and Susie.

Shaunie, and the shows other producers, pledges to make every effort to bring more positive balance to the show next season and by invoking a non physical violence policy.  Watch the video here:

There was no pic of Tami Roman, another fiery cast member.  I am not sure if Tami will make an appearance during the reunion show or not, it is also questionable if she will return for season five of BBW.  Some of her recent tweets hint towards her not returning for the next season, but it is still early on.  VH-1 may change her mind in the months to come.

Usher and Tameka Raymond's Messy Court Proceedings

Usher and ex-wife Tameka Raymond are in court battling for custody of their two sons, as well as alimony and child support payments.

While most of the court proceedings are confidential, quite a bit of information has been leaked to the media. 

First, Usher claims that Tameka went through 11 nannies, all of which testified against her.  All of the nannies claimed Tameka was depressed most of the time and never came out of her bedroom, leaving her sons with the nanny all day.  One testified that she would only say "They're upstairs" referring the kids.  She never gave them instructions, and one of her sons had to tell the nanny about his peanut allergy because Tameka neglected to.

Another nanny claims that on a trip to Miami, she and one of the Raymond boys had to sit in the car while Tameka attended a basketball game, because there weren't enough tickets.  Then one nanny testified that Tameka left her with the kids saying she was going to the movies, but didn't come back home for three days.

Usher also got called to the carpet.  Usher was accused of sending the boys home after teaching them new curse words.  He was also accused of sleeping with two of the bridesmaids from his wedding with Tameka.

I need these two to grab reclining chairs and fall all the way back!  Grow up, for your kids sake. SMH.

JayZ Curates Philly Music Festival for Labor Day Weekend

JayZ announced he will be the curator as well as headline an upcoming music festival at the Philadelphia Made In America Music Festival, which will also benefit the United Way.



Yesterday, Philly Mayor Micheal Nutter announced with JayZ the Budweiser Made In America two day music festival which will be held over the Labor Day weekend. 

JayZ was joined with Philly rapper Freeway when he told a crowd at the Philadelphia Museum of Art:

"Everyone knows my love affair with Philly from the amazing, talented artists I've signed from here...Whenever I enter into a project, I try to hit on some touch points. The first thing is: Is it great?  The second one is: Is it gonna push the culture forward?"

  There will be 3 stages and 30 acts throughout the festival which will take place on September 1st & 2nd at Fairmount Park.  This will not be a hip hop festival, as there will be a variety of music, from hip hop, rock, R&B, Latin, and Dance music.

While JayZ is the only person confirmed for this event, we can imagine that other acts such as wife Beyonce, and BFF Kanye will also be added to the roster to perform.  Some suspect Coldplay may also be part of the festival.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.

New RHOA Kenya Moore vs Cynthia Bailey Agency!

 

Aaaaand we're off!  New RHOA Kenya Moore has already ruffled feathers at the Bailey Agency, her castmate Cynthia's modeling agency.  And one of Cynthia's employees comes for Kenya on twitter.  

Per The YBF:

Kenya Moore's latest encounter with possible "RHOA" castmate Cynthia Bailey isn't winning her any fans over at Cynthia's company, The Baily Agency.

Kenya attended an event at The Bailey Agency where she judged a JET Beauty Of The Week Contest and apparently....she showed her true colors to a few contestants AND some Bailey Agency employees.  Usually, the real Housewives just fight with each other, but Kenya seems to take the diva attitude out on everyone in the room!

One of the "Bailey Boys" Carlton Morton tweeted about the incident and his disappointment with Kenya's attitude and behavior.  And I'm sure it was captured on film, because there's no reason to act a fool unless it ends up on reality TV.
